• Large-scale deployment with traditional fertilizer dredger

After deployment, STOCKOSORB^® must be blended with the soil intensively. It may be mixed with organic fertilizer and soil improvement chemicals before application. The recommendable depth of insertion is 10 – 15 cm / more if necessary.

• Band or line application in crop or plant lines

Together with seed material, Stockosorb may be drilled into the ground with sewing machines, or deployed together with fertilizer with integrated undersown crops with sewing machines.

• Wood and tree plantation

May be mixed with soil extract or plant substrate when planting woods or trees. 1/3 of the recommended STOCKOSORB^® dosage is directly applied into the planting hole while the remaining 2/3 are mixed with filling material. In any case, the plantation must be cast on as tightly as usual.

„Pre-Hydrated“ application

For this application, a STOCKOSORB^® gel is produced first by adding STOCKOSORB^® to water and stirring it slowly. It is also sufficient to add the product to a water stream when filling the supply vessel. After a swelling time of approx. 30 min (subject to water temperature), the gel is ready to be used. The recommended mixtures range from HC60 (1 kg STOCKOSORB^® for every 60 l of water) up to HC150 (1 kg STOCKOSORB^® for 150 l of water).

It may be necessary to further add other organic material to the HC mixture. This can be done with customary concrete mixers.

• Large-scale deployment with slurry tank cars with soil injection lances, bands, pipes or grubbers
• Band or planting hole application; insert into open line or planting hole via spilling or spraying and mix intensively with the soil
• Injection with a turbo lance injector
• Injection with plant lances

In order to pump HC, membrane pumps suitable for high consistency material should be used. Using other types of pumps may shrink the gel. This may lead to a drastic decline in the performance of the product.
